"Peace of mind produces right values, right values produce right thoughts.
Right thoughts produce right actions, and right actions produce work which will be a material refelction for others to see of the serenity at the center of it all."

1/4/2006 [edit] Hey I actually recorded a songover the Christmas break; Ally. I lugged some equipment to my moms and decided to do a song that naturally fits with just one acoustic guitar. (I used Erik's, thanks.) I did get some demo versions of other songs recorded with Kris, but those need to be layed over (badly.)
Also, I have a short test cover of Blue Monday, but I'm running out of space on the server so ask if you want a copy.
One last thing... my new years resolution is to podcast so I'm curious what y'all use for your aggregator? your player? Plus, I'm putting my music out for free use on podcasts and wonder who I might target if you have any favorites.

I suppose I should at least post, since music seems to be on a hiatus. Dammit.
Well here is the link to what I've been up to... Digital Media at UW and my research course blog.
Apart from that, I've been doing some sparatic song writing and learning to play the piano better. All that music theory and lessons (from ancient history) actually seem to have had some effect.
I'm doing my best to arrange another Portland gig, but I think I should stop making promises and just say that I'll let everyone know when it happens. For now... please subscribe to the mailing list and go read myspace.com/axiomtozeal, you're already on there anyway.
10/5/2005 [edit] So, I may have promised too early that I would have new songs coming. Why you ask? Because I don't really have a place to live currently. Yes, Josh is technically homeless. But, not without lots of friends and family. I have a new spot days from set-up in Seattle.
The grad school is coming along famously. I love it. Wish me luck on the moving in process. I promise that new things are on the way as soon as I have everything in one place.
I'm sure another Portland show is not far away too!
